Dominika Wlodarczyk Kriozere

Dominika Wlodarczyk Kriozere is a commercial real estate attorney, focusing on commercial leasing, purchase and sale, and related transactions. Since 2009, she has provided legal counsel to commercial property owners, building managers, business owners, landlords, tenants, and leasing brokers on a variety of real estate matters, and has negotiated and documented complex real estate transactions. Her primary expertise is office and retail leasing. She also assists commercial property owners and managers with all aspects of managing their real estate portfolio, including daily operations and asset management, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real property.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Trudi J. Lesser in January 2022, Ms. Kriozere spent several years as in-house counsel for a privately-owned luxury shopping center and had a solo practice law firm focused on commercial real estate transactions. While attending law school, Ms. Kriozere worked as a property manager for a large nationwide real estate company, obtaining unique experience and knowledge of commercial properties, which she applies when advising her clients.

  • Commercial Leasing
    Ms. Kriozere represents landlord and tenants in negotiating office, retail, industrial, restaurant and specialty leases, as well as related documents such as lease guarantees.  She also assists with lease modifications and renewals, subleases and lease assignments, subordination and attornment agreements, as well as temporary leases and license agreements.
  • Purchase and Sale Agreements
    Ms. Kriozere represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate in all aspects of purchase and sale transactions, including guiding clients through the due diligence process.
  • Property and Asset Management
    Ms. Kriozere advises commercial property owners and managers on a variety of matters related to owning and managing office and retail buildings. She assists with property and asset management agreements, construction contracts, and special event and filming agreements.
  • Professional Activities and Associations
    Ms. Kriozere is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Since 2020, she has served on the Health and Wellness Committee of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), working on programs and initiatives to improve attorney well-being. She is currently a member of the Crocker Symposium planning committee, an annual real estate program presented by the Los Angeles County Bar Real Property Section and California Lawyers Association.

Education

Ms. Kriozere holds a Juris Doctor degree from University of West Los Angeles School of Law, where she consistently placed on Dean’s Honor List, received multiple Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence, and graduated cum laude. Prior to relocating to the United States, Ms. Kriozere obtained a Master of Law degree from University of Szczecin School of Law in Szczecin, Poland.
